Dina Castanon

I interviewed several realtors during the painful process of selling my mom’s home and transitioning mom into an assisted living facility. I personally know many realtors as friends and knew what traits to look for when shopping for a good one. Dina was recommended by a friend (who is also a social worker) when I was asking about resources for my elderly, sick mom. The first telephone conversation with Dina I knew she was the perfect realtor for our unique situation. Besides being extremely knowledgeable and experienced, Dina has a great deal of compassion and a “can do” attitude. I felt comfortable with Dina’s advice (which I solicited many times) and her positive attitude carried us through the house falling out of escrow previously. We had a deadline to sell my mom’s house for top dollar and Dina worked hard to make it happen. My mom unfortunately passed away before escrow closed and Dina’s genuine compassion was a great comfort to myself and my family. There are soooo many realtors to choose from today and Dina’s expertise, strong work ethic, dynamic personality and excellent communication skills place her at the very top.
