Dick designed the virtual tour of my home and guided me through the steps for proper presentation.
Dick listed the house on MLS and called to say there were three agents interested in seeing it the next day. After seeing the house two agents called him and said their clients wanted to make offers. One client offered asking price and I told him to accept the offer. Dick’s assistant, Jennifer Sullivan, then guided me through the paper process demonstrating great patience with my lack of technical skills. Dick advised me not to be complacent, as things can change, and kept on top of every step up to the successful closing.
