Sold the house due to a death in the family. The process was lengthy as we were selling from out of state and the sale fell through twice (buyer unable to obtain financing and buyer unable to break their current lease). In spite of the problems we faced Dick and his staff (shout out to Jennifer) worked diligently to make sure that the house was eventually sold.

We highly recommend Dick Erdmann and Jennifer to handle real estate needs. As out of state owners, we relied on Dick to handle many tasks at the house, some tasks above and beyond the normal real estate transaction. We knew that we were in good hands and very much appreciated their work. It took a lot of pressure off of us when trying to deal with situations from out of state. Jennifer was great about explaining forms and providing helpful information along the way. We liked Dick’s videos to touch base with us before we decided on an agent, as they were informational and customized to our situation. Communication was prompt, professional, and met our needs. Dick listed my home on different websites and he received multiple offers on my home. Dick helped me alot when Hurricane Ian did damage to my home and I had already moved to Indiana since Ithought the loan was going to be closed though didn't because of hurricane. Dick was great and notified me of the damage to my home and he said that he would take care of and he was great at getting the repairs done to the home so the loan could get to the closing table. I would refer him highly to anyone that wants to sell their home.

We could always reach Dick thru Jennifer and all our questions were quickly answered. Our house sold the second day on the market! Dick referred us to people who could help us clear out the house and guided us thru every step to the close. He even dropped off some boxes!

I trusted Dick to handle the sale of our house while we were in Canada and could not be at the house. His advertisement stated we could count on him to handle everything remotely. He offered to handle all the goods in our house that we wanted to return to Canada. I gave him a list and he found everything even our Xmas stockings! Unfortunately and regrettably he gets a minus for how to pack fine dishes and breakables. The boxes he used looked like they went through several trips somewhere all were bent and crushed and weakened. The padding was non-existent in some boxes and as a result I received broken crushed dishes - heartbreaking. Some were very dear to us. He returned a box of plastic bags we did not ask for. He knows the market in our area in Florida when we reduced the price of the house after about a time it sold in a week. Sometimes he was a bit snarky. His staff though is very polite and helpful and they know their jobs well and keep you well advised of the goings on. They deliver messages to Dick very promptly. Would advise a course in how to pack owner breakable items.
