Quite simply, Dianne was the most helpful real estate professional with whom I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing. I cannot recommend her more highly or with more confidence. Most importantly, she is a wonderful person. The world could use more people like her.

My initial interaction with Dianne Fellows was through a seasonal rental. It was a good experience for me and my confidence level in Dianne as a real estate professional and as a person was very high. When I made the decision to purchase property, there was zero hesitation on my part to ask her to represent my interests. Approximately sixteen months ago, the opportunity I was looking for appeared. However, I was 1,800 miles away and recovering from surgery that prevented travel. I would not have the opportunity to "kick the tires" myself. Needless to say, a financial commitment of this size without the ability to do my own due diligence was way outside my comfort zone. I pressed forward because I trusted Dianne completely and she delivered on every front. Literally, she did all the leg work--from chasing down paperwork, to recommending top quality service providers and arranging appointments, to providing wise counsel, to avoiding potential pitfalls and delays, to doing walkthroughs and providing cleared-eyed assessments and representations, and the list goes on. Dianne did it all. She didn't try to sell me on anything--she guarded my interests at every turn. The entire process went smoothly with Dianne at the helm. She communicated quickly and accurately, was always available and very quick to respond. Plus, she always presented herself with calmness and good humor. Two months later and two weeks after closing, I unlocked the door and "kicked the tires." Everything was precisely as Dianne had described it!! A year later, I'm still totally satisfied with my purchase. Somehow a simple "thank you" doesn't seem like enough. I regard Dianne Fellows as a consummate real estate professional and know her to be a wonderful person. There is likely to be another purchase. Dianne Fellows gets the call.
