I’m convinced that if not for Diane’s superb negotiating skills this deal would not have come to fruition. The seller’s asking price remained locked into the skyrocketed pricing that occurred during Covid and the seller’s agent shared the same view. Diane masterfully engaged in multiple conversations with the listing agent over several months, and finally convinced her that market conditions warranted a significant price reduction. Diane also offered the bullet points that enabled the listing agent to convince the seller of the same which enabled her to close the deal.
