She’s so Comfortable to work with,..gave me updates on how the sale is going,.. Eased my anxiety. She worked right away on getting the sale put together, what’s needed,.gave me Reasonable expectations. I found it so Heartwarming to see my realtor so Motivated and helpful to make the sale happen. Dianna replied to my calls in a reasonable timely manner,.. gave me advises for my best interests,..and answered my questions and concerns in plain, simple & easy to understand words. Being a new homeowner, I had no idea where to start. Everything was really overwhelming. I reached out to a couple of my close friends and Dianna Silva was recommended to me. Since our first conversation, I felt comfortable with her and felt like she was in it to benefit herself. She was genuinely interested in helping me. The home buying process is soo intimidating! As first time home buyers, we had a TON of questions, expectations and misconceptions. From the start, Dianna was able to openly communicate with us and debunk myths we had with the home buying process. She was a really warm person that walked us through the whole process and has a great sense of humor. She's a great communicator, very professional and quick turn around. She was able to answer ALL of our questions and with patience guide us to find our forever home. We learned so much from her and we're able to feel confident as buyers. With all her knowledge and grace, my fiancé and I really appreciate her transparency and honesty which ultimately helped us buy our home in a very competitive market. She's also bilingual, you couldn't ask for more in an agent!
