Diana helped us purchase a home in Oct 2025. We were not fully prepared to move on a home, but once we saw it, we knew that home was the one we wanted. She helped navigate a speedy deal with the sellers agent and we were under contract the next day while in the middle of a wedding ceremony.

I would highly recommend Dianna! She guided me through every step of the process in buying my condo in Ocean City, MD. Even though I knew what I was looking for, Dianna was careful to point out what ELSE I should be looking for in my future beach home. Having not gone through the home-buying process for quite some time, it was so helpful to have Dianna explain all the steps in the process. She was also extremely helpful with all the things you might not think about in buying a home...she knows the Ocean City, MD area extremely well, and was able to help me when I hit road blocks in the closing process...like when I had to change mortgage lenders, or get HOI in a market where most insurance companies won't consider insuring. She continues to be fantastic resource for information about the area now that I am getting used to being a local owner.
