Friendly, thoughtful and always willing make the extra effort. This was the second home that Diane has sold for us and it has been a pleasure working with her throughout the years. She anticipates potential issues, or causes for concern and is proactive in getting resolution. We had many agents courting us, but knew that Diane would have our best interests as her priority. this is the 12th. purchase / sale i have experienced in the housing market. My only regret is that I didn't know Diane earlier in the game. She goes above and beyond her duties as a Realtor Agent. She took control of all of the repairs / fix it's for the sale. She checked on the house almost daily as i was not in the area.
