This was a challenging at best situation for us as buyers. Diane Vaughn was pleasant and knowledgeable but not always available., To really sum it up we had to pry and pull information out of her and Lisa Clark the seller's agent. It would have been a smother and much less stressful transaction IF the owner, agent of owners, and our agents would have been upfront. I don't want to use the word dishonest however there were situations in which especially at the end claiming a "cash offer" came in 1 day before our time was to expire had us really questioning the integrity and professionalism., DIANE is a part-time representative and when buying you need fulltime attention. I would not hire her a second time.
Diane is a very reliable professional agent. I moved back to China years ago and rented out my house. It was very hard to me to take care everything in distance. Diane Vaughn is the best of the best. She handled a very difficult situation involving two hostile sellers and was a skillful and empathetic go-between to resolve all differences and respective obligations between the two. Diane also worked very closely with the buyer’s representative to address some very unique and demanding requests made by the buyer. With great patience and perseverance, Diane addressed the requirements of both buyer and sellers to come up with amicable solutions to all of the issues presented. Through Diane's efforts, it was a win-win situation and both buyer and sellers were very pleased with the outcome.
