Diane is very well versed in real estate, and knows her stuff. She is able to talk you through all aspects and situations, and give good pointers for what needs to be updated to have your house sell for top dollar with very little out-of-pocket costs. She talked us through the selling process, and was open to discussing what our house’s listing price should be, and she priced it very well. Diane put our house on the market and within 24 hours we had 12 showings and 4 offers, all for over asking! Communication was amazing as she always got back to us immediately with a response to any of our questions, and kept us in the loop for where we were in the selling process, and what the next steps were. We 100% recommend Diane!
