One especially valuable asset was Diane's knowledge toward home renovation and maintenance. Her husband was a contractor for years and she has learned a lot from their own property restorations. We could ask her almost any question regarding water heaters, HVAC, wells, plumbing, etc. and she would have an answer. We most appreciated her honesty in this area as she could give us insights to whether or not this property would need additional renovations or would be move-in-ready. She did all this without swaying our opinion one way or the other, simply presenting the facts and allowing us to reach our own conclusions. This process could not have been more seamless or easy with Diane. When it came time to close she quickly sent us all documents needed and communicated with the sellers leaving our job pretty easy--sign papers. We loved our experience with Diane and feel we have a lifelong friend in our corner.
