While I did not have the experience of having Diane Todd find us a house, we had her sell our house. She went above and way beyond to help us get to our closing day. There were a lot of unexpected things that came up periodically, and she took care of each, and every one of them, efficiently and professionally. if I was not moving out of state, I would’ve definitely used her again, you cannot go wrong with Diane Todd. Diane showed her knowledge of the market. She walked me through a cash offer ultimately turning it down (the buyer nickel and dimed everything even down to cost of replacing lightbulbs). She was quite indignant that this buyer did this. I would definitely recommend her to my friends.
