She was really good at trying to finding me a new home and she was finally able to find me a new home and she was really good and quick at getting any answers I had about it answered and was able help me get it at the price that I wanted to pay and was even willing to help me after the sale get the utilities set up in my name and she helped me with getting me the info that I needed to get my kids in rolled in school. She was great and is very nice.
First time was when she sold my deceased brother’s “hoarder” house. It was a sad and depressing time for us, but Diane showed grace and professionalism, and found the perfect family ready to tackle the challenge of a “special” home. And they paid above asking price. Second time was when I asked her to sell my own home, which was also in rough shape.
