Diane is the best

In June of 2021 my family embarked on buying a home for our aging mother. We were looking for somewhere comfortable that she would be able to relax and enjoy. Diane had the very hard task of meeting all of our needs and meshing them together to find one property that met all of our requirements. The hot market was very tough for us due to how fast houses were selling and for above asking prices. Diane made multiple offers for us, some declined, some fell thru. Finally we decided to buy a new home, which meant many more months before completing. Diane stuck by my entire family for an entire year. She effectively communicated with us, other real estate agents and the builder. She did an amazing job negotiating outcomes with the builder. She single handed ensured we received everything we were entitled to. Her consistent and determined approach coupled with kindness is out of this world. She has worked with my entire family and we will continue to request her services.
