She is a respected leader and advocate who served as the 2025 President of the New Castle County Board of REALTORS, following years of service as Vice President, Board Member, and President-Elect. Her commitment and contributions have earned her some of the industry’s highest honors, including 2024 NCCBOR® Hall of Fame Inductee and 2026 NCCBOR REALTOR® of the Year.
She remains actively involved in shaping the future of the industry. Diane currently serves on the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and Public Policy Committee for the New Castle County Board of REALTORS®. At the state level, she also serves on the Board of Directors and Public Policy Committee for the Delaware Association of REALTORS®, continuing her commitment to advocacy, professionalism, and protecting property rights.
Diane is also actively engaged at both the state and national levels of the industry. Through the Delaware Association of REALTORS®, she has participated in the Leadership Program and supports statewide initiatives that strengthen professionalism, advocacy, and ethical standards. She stays connected to industry developments through the National Association of REALTORS®, attending leadership summits and national conferences to ensure she is continuously learning, growing, and bringing the most up-to-date knowledge back to her clients and colleagues.
