Diane was extremely friendly and comfortable to work with; she also comes with many years of experience and knowledge regarding the buying process. She was almost always quick to respond via text and phone calls. I do feel Diane is more familiar with areas closer to the eastern suburbs of Cleveland and that perhaps she was not as familiar with the Chardon, OH, area where I purchased. She also helped us negotiate terms after the home inspection; for example, the sellers provided money towards closing to cover some issues that were found in the home inspection.
