In 2016 Diane helped us to quickly and easily sell our home in Chagrin Falls that we were renting out at the time. Diane was extremely friendly and comfortable to work with; she also comes with many years of experience and knowledge regarding the buying process. She was almost always quick to respond via text and phone calls. I do feel Diane is more familiar with areas closer to the eastern suburbs of Cleveland and that perhaps she was not as familiar with the Chardon, OH, area where I purchased. She also helped us negotiate terms after the home inspection; for example, the sellers provided money towards closing to cover some issues that were found in the home inspection.
