From the first point of contact to the signing of the contract, Diane Roberts went above and beyond my greatest expectations. She was knowledgeable, professional, and VERY easy to work with. There was no pressure what so ever to buy and I must have sent Diane over a hundred emails and she responded promptly to each and every emails, even when it was her time!!
