Diane Molnar was a tremendous asset in the sale of my parents' mobile home for their Trust. I'd had no previous experience selling a home, and had been dreading the experience! All throughout, Diane was well prepared, connected me to and helped schedule all the repair and service people we needed, prompted me when I needed prompting, had a good relationship with the Park management, knew the market, understood the unusual financial times we are going through as well as anybody. She also took the time to meet my siblings , and understood their concerns. And, Diane let us introduce her to the neighbors, who had been so helpful to my mom and our family. Diane saw what was important to us, beyond simply selling the house.. I'd also like to say that every painter, inspector, flooring person, stager, cleaner, handyman did beautiful work, and clearly liked having a business relationship with Diane.
