I'm a first time home buyer, and I'm lucky to have gotten to work with Diane! I got a bunch of recommendations for real estate agents from friends/co-workers and talked to a whole list of them. Diane stood out to me immediately. She was patient and articulate; really able to give me the information I needed to make the right decisions for myself and answer the many questions I had about the process. Her knowledge not only of the differences in areas of LA, but also their history and how things have been changing, was illuminating. She showed me areas I had not considered; many to my surprise at how charming they were. It's a tough market, but Diane helped me to find a dream home that I'm going to be so happy in at a realistic price. Her calm nature will put you at ease throughout the fast-paced, stressful escrow process. With a history in appraisals, Diane has the added value of being discerning of homes with dealbreakers: she saved me so much time avoiding homes with huge problems I wouldn't want to deal with. She really is a people-person, and her experience and attention to detail are SO valuable. I never imagined this process would be FUN, and now that it's over I'm going to miss talking to her so often (although it might be to her relief). I'm confident that I have a solid recommendation for a real estate agent anytime that my friends/co-workers start looking for a new home!

Not only would I highly recommend Diane, but I have several times already. I began working with another agent before I met Diane, who turned out to be simply amazing in her tirelessness and willingness to fully explore every detail of the home buying process with us. We are extremely happy with our home, and will be calling her the day we decide to buy another.
