We are a military family and we were house hunting from out of state. Diane was awesome videoing so many houses for us to help us find the right one! She knew what was on our wish list and made sure to show properties that met our wish list but was in budget as well. She was patient every time we were outbid and found us more houses. Being out of state, she was present every step of the way after going under contract. Diane was present for the home inspection, coordinated necessary repairs, and was present at closing. She then met us at the house when we arrived into town 1 month after closing to give us the keys.
