Everything from my initial contact to the final closing went quite well - including two trips to view properties, property inspections and price re-negotiations, a survey and some resulting legal negotiations with neighbors, and scheduling of some repairs. It is always important to have good communications and especially so on a long-distance deal. Jim and Diane were constantly in touch with me at every step and I cannot imagine anything they could do to improve the experience. They continue to assist me with getting settle even after the sale is completed :-)

Jim and Diane Luebbers complement each other very well. They went above and beyond in showing us houses all over the Asheville area for several months. In a number of cases, they checked out homes on their own and let us know whether they would be of interest to us. They made recommendations about contractors and, when we decided who to use, they made arrangements with the contractors for the services we needed. They were particularly help in dealing with other realtors and with our lawyer. They communicate willingly and well. They hung in there with us through a stressful period and took a lot of the pressure off of us. We couldn't have done it without them. In the process, we became friends.

I was actually assigned to another real estate agent from another company before I had the pleasure of working with Jim and Diane Luebbers. My previous real estate agent just didn't have the proper time for me and I was on time constraints. I was nervous about starting all over with a new real estate agent but Jim and Diane picked up like we were together from the beginning! I'm so glad things didn't work out with my previous real estate agent because I'm more than positive that it would not have been such an amazing experience as it turned out to be with Jim and Diane! Jim was so amazing during this entire process! It was hard for me to understand all the paperwork and what needed to be done at what times, but Jim broke it all down on what everything meant and literally was so on top of the schedule for things to happen! I swear he "knows a guy" for whatever you need and every single guy for the job has been upstanding and reliable! There were times that I was thinking, "Okay, I need to make a list and get these things done" and Jim would say, "I've already contacted this person for you! What time works best for you and I'll contact them back again and let them know!" He literally took the guesswork out of everything and helped me to stay organized and made sure things were done in a timely manner! Jim and Diane are like family, seriously! I've never met two people that I've never known before but after working with them, would invite them over for Thanksgiving! We text each other to see how the others are doing and I keep them posted on the updates we are making to our home! They truly are so down to earth and caring! Whenever I needed them or had questions during this process, they were always there to help and support me! If there was anything better than Excellent for this category, I would have picked it! They are beyond amazing! You will not be disappointed!

I cannot say enough about Jim and Diane Luebbers. They worked with us for months on pricing the property appropriately. They physically went out there and walked the property down and worked tirelessly on the promotion of it. We had it with another realtor for a year and they did not show it one time.
