The main reason we selected the Luebbers was because of their "concierge" service, as the seller was moving across the country. Jim went the extra mile in many areas and Diane made sure that the house looked its best despite not having most of the furniture. Jim & Diane went above and beyond in helping us with the search for our new home. We decided to finally make the move to the Asheville area after my wife got a sudden job offer, and had just under 3 months to manage the entire process of selling our current home, buying a new one and moving into town. They were able to work closely with us to filter through and identify the best options available to us so we were able to make the most of our one weekend in town for tours - and made several follow-up visits to listings on our behalf as we finalized our choice. It's been a whirlwind couple of months, but with Jim & Diane's help we ended up finding our dream home in a wonderful pocket of town. We're moving in this weekend and keep falling more and more in love with our new home with every visit leading up to it.

We met Jim and Diane 5 years ago while they were reviewing our property for a client that was looking for a rental, which just happened to be our house. Both impressed us with their enthusiasm to assist their clients relocate to the area. When we decided to sell our property, Jim and Diane were our first choice of Realtors to list our property. When a perspective buyer entered the property, they were greeted by an attractive potted plant display at the front entrance. Upon entering the house there was a table with contact information and shoe coverings to protect the floors. In the open living area was an attractive display containing information on the area amenities. Photos of the interior of the house were perfect. Drone photos of the exterior of the house show cased the tranquil setting of the back yard landscaping as well as the over all beauty of the neighborhood.
