My wife and I was thinking of doing 'for sale by owner' for my townhouse. However, we talked to Diane and she was able to show me how we could get more for it even after paying commission if we let her be my agent. We decided to give it a try. The property was empty and she asked if she could add a few bits of furniture to make it look more appealing during showings. Also, Diane and her team handled all the viewings and open houses in a very professional way. We were pleased by the amount of attention she gave our property and by how well she kept us informed. The end result- we go more for the property than we expected and it sold much faster than similar properties in that area.
