With an emotional sale of a property - Diane was understanding and listened to the family. She also took the extra steps to take some of the "get ready" burden from the family as arranging contractors to assist with a few fixing of items. She took the time to explain each step of the selling and closing process so there were no surprises.

My wife and I was thinking of doing 'for sale by owner' for my townhouse.
