With an emotional sale of a property - Diane was understanding and listened to the family. She also took the extra steps to take some of the "get ready" burden from the family as arranging contractors to assist with a few fixing of items. She took the time to explain each step of the selling and closing process so there were no surprises.
My wife and I was thinking of doing 'for sale by owner' for my townhouse. However, we talked to Diane and she was able to show me how we could get more for it even after paying commission if we let her be my agent. We decided to give it a try. The property was empty and she asked if she could add a few bits of furniture to make it look more appealing during showings. Also, Diane and her team handled all the viewings and open houses in a very professional way. We were pleased by the amount of attention she gave our property and by how well she kept us informed. The end result- we go more for the property than we expected and it sold much faster than similar properties in that area. We enjoyed working with her and will come to her first for our next property sale or purchase!
Diane was so helpful in the purchase of our property. We purchased the home remotely and she was terrific. She did the showing through FaceTime, met the inspector at the home for me, met me at the house before the inspection period ended, and did the final walk through remotely.
