I decided to sell my house and relocate out of town and I was trying to decide on a good realtor. A friend referred Diane Dawson to me one Sunday afternoon after church. So my wife and I got in touch with Diane and arranged to meet with her at our home. She was very pleasant, encouraging, and assuring. From the start we felt comfortable and at ease with her. She knew exactly what to do and how to go about marketing my house. And as far arranging house showings, she demonstrated great courtesy and assured us that she only dealt with serious clients and wasn't going to waste anybody's time with people who weren't really prepared to purchase. Honesty was another factor. She was very open about the house to perspective clients concerning the inspection report. My house did have some issues. But within approximately two (2) weeks after the house being on the market and a little negotiating, our house was sold for what I feel was a very reasonable price. My wife and I knew Diane was a God send. I see why she's the #1 realtor in Champaign County. She did an excellent job. She handled everything. We really appreciated Diane Dawson and her skills in selling our home. She's an excellent realtor and I would highly recommend her to anybody interested in selling their house. Diane served as realtor for the purchase of our new home. That experience was so good we hired her for the sale of our old home. She is honest, hard working, professional, and likeable. She made us feel like we were her only clients. She has a couple of skills that many other realtors can't match. First, the advice she gave us about preparing our home for sale was perfect and really made our old home presentable for showings. Second, her photography skills are unequalled. She personally takes marketing pictures for Real Estate web sites. She has an incredible eye and the pictures she took of both our new and old home could not have been done better. She knows her stuff and stays current with all the laws and regulations involved with buying and selling property. She will be the person we call the next time we have real estate we wish to buy or sell.

Wow! is what I can say about Diane Dawson. This is also what everyone I had contact with during the buying process who also knew Diane said. Wow! From my loan officer, to the home inspector. They all said I got a good one. Diane was always enthusiastic, professional, and quick with answers and response time to my questions. I always felt that I was getting the personal touch from Diane. She listened to my needs and found me houses to look at accordingly. I never got the impression that she was showing me a house just to get it off the inventory list.
