I highly recommend Diane! She is quick to respond and always provided detailed input to my concerns and questions. The property I sold was nice, however, there were some improvements which were needed to help sell it and to get top dollar. She provided very good input along with reliable / reasonable resources to help achieve our goals. She did an amazing job in staging the property. The house sold within 5 days after being posted on the market. It sold so quick we cancelled the open house. I will be using her again on my next sale and or buy.

Diane is absolutely awesome. She is much more than a realtor. She is very skilled in staging, design upgrades, new color schemes, connecting with contractors, and more. After Diane assisted with my home, the film crew from "My Lottery Dream Home" on hgtv flew out from Miami to film the home. Diane took this 70s home from mildly unattractive to a beautifully upgraded stylish showcase. She is a one stop shop from start to finish...I vote her #1 in Illinois.
Diane was wonderful! she sold our house before it even hit the market. She also negotiated and got our new home the first day it went on the market when their were multiple offers on the table. She has many connections of people that can do many things electrical, construction etc she does alot business with them and they come immediately if needed which helps in negotiations for it to be a win for both the seller & the buyer. She got us our dream home & we are very thankful to Diane!
