I became a licensed Real Estate agent in 2001 because my husband and I personally built and sold many homes on the Big Island. As an owner builder I understand the unique perspectives of property investing which has allowed me to find desirable places or identify good values in the marketplace. This knowledge has allowed many of my clients the insight to find their dream properties also. Arriving on the Big Island was a great adventure as my husband and I sailed over on a Columbia 34 sail boat in 1987. We built our first home on a vacant lot with a package home in Kamuela. Prior to Real Estate my career in customer service began in the hospitality industry working for the Hilton and Hyatt Regency Hotels. I am also Military friendly having served 7 years in the Hawaii Air National Guard. The Military and Hotel industries taught me the value of team work. I think it is important, once we are on the same team, I will be your advocate mentoring you through the Selling or Purchasing process in Hawaii. I am driven to unite people's goals in a timely and pleasant fashion. Working in Real Estate is a great way to meet people and help Buyers often purchase their dream home.
