Dianna is competent, responsive, prompt, courteous, personable, dedicated, easy going, accurate, and EXTREMELY patient. She understood our wish list but showed us any properties we requested. Dianna also made both positive and negative comments about features of properties we might want to consider. We never felt pushed about any homes we visited. We were always informed about her prior commitments but she always made time for our needs. She is often present for inspections and shares her thoughts on any + or - findings. As we are from Ct. It was hugely helpful to have a respected agent in a respected organization inform us about some of the particulars of the area. She is a lucky find. We will miss her.
