We were referred to Diana by relatives who had a great experience. She returned my call within an hour and made plans to come meet us and develop a plan for getting the house ready to list. She was extremely responsive throughout the whole process including taking care of something that came up over the Thanksgiving weekend. She was highly competent and knowledgeable, and if she ever wasn't sure about something she researched it and delivered an answer quickly. We felt confident that she was acting in our best interests as she negotiated with the buyers. She really went above and beyond. If we weren't leaving the area, we would ask her to help us find our new home!
