My husband and I worked with Diana to purchase a home in Southwest Florida. Diana was able to help us without reservation despite the fact that we had selected an area that was approximately 1.5 hours from her home base. She was incredibly responsive and made herself available on a moments notice, whether it was for a phone call or to drive to us for a showing. We made offers on several homes and each time she found a wifi location so we could get the offer submitted immediately. We lost out on the first few homes (through no fault of Diana) but ultimately found a home that was perfect for us. Her excellent service did not stop once our offer was accepted....she stayed with us through every step of the home inspection, additional negotiations needed as a result of the inspection findings, the final walk through and the closing itself. As buyers located out of State, we appreciated her willingness to tour us through homes via FaceTime as well as making herself available to us in the evenings and on weekends whenever we had questions or had found yet another home we wanted her to research for us. Diana definitely went above and beyond in all of her work with us and was professional and pleasant no matter how many times we contacted her about things.
