I’ll start my review with one word, “WOW” !! I first saw her list of accomplishments and awards on Zillow while looking for Real Estate in Venice, FL. After finding some properties I wanted to see in Venice I turned my attention to Realtors in the St. Pete Beach area to market our Condominium in Bahia Del Mar in Isla Del Sol!! The first Realtor I saw was Dians Sames!! I looked at her ads for her listings and decided I didn’t need to look b any further!! How lucky I was!! We met, I listed, and she sold to the first people to see her ad and pictures on the internet!! I sold, sight unseen, for more money than I wanted and more than anyone had ever gotten in our area of Bahia Del Mar!! Diana is a super salesgirl and her Australian accent didn’t hurt!! I whole heartedly recommend her for listing and selling anyone’s property in the St. Pete area!! She is special and I know because I have been a Realtor in Indpls.IN for 55 years !!

We didn’t know Diana before deciding to list our property with her and your agency. Our first meeting was delightful. She was able to give us good advice about pricing and worked diligently with the photographer to get the best pictures of our beautiful condo. We had in mind a certain range for pricing which was more than anything in our Complex had sold for. She didn’t say to us that we were totally out of line but rather talked us through the comps and what to expect. After all that was said and done we settled on a price that we felt was fair to us but above the traditional asking price in our building. She worked very hard to present our condo as we saw it. She sold it for more than any other had sold for and we were happy with the result! We had plans to come to Florida from Alabama to move our furniture and pack the few remaining items that I had left for staging. God intervened, my husband had a medical emergency and we could not travel. Miss Diana scheduled movers, arranged for storage and personally packed and oversaw the complete process! I cannot tell you how thankful we are for her! She went over and beyond any expectations we had for an agent! In fact, she treated us like friends! We would highly recommend her and her abilities!
