Diana was on top of her game in sending me comps and discussing my options. As the time came close to the actual listing I contacted her once again to help me list my home. Her and Lisa teamed up to give me some valuable advice on the listing price. I didn't want to go to high as even the market seems to go now, but I also needed to rent back as an option since my new home is under construction and didn't want to move twice. Of course the appraisal needed to be in line as well, which the listing price ended up being right on target. All in all, Diana was on top of everything from beginning to end and I would highly recommend her, as she did an excellent job as my listing agent.
