I had to sell a property that not only had monetary, but most importantly had sentimental value to me. Diana listened when my wife Lori made known our requests for a home in Royal Palm Beach. She found a very nice end unit villa in the Village Walk community. She found, and we bought, a villa that was about the same size of the home that we sold. This unit had a large canal in the backyard as our former home had which we were very pleased to have, not only because of the distance from your rear neighbors but also because of the wildlife that exists by the canal. So, in conclusion, she found the very home we wanted. Diana listened to our requests and didn't stop looking until she found the perfect home for us. We are very happy here in our new home. Diana is absolutely the best real estate agent I have ever encountered! And that is saying a lot since I used to be a real estate agent myself. I let her take over the whole process and she made my life easier in every way. From keeping up with the HOA to fighting for a price reduction in the house I ultimately bought, it was amazing!! She is always making her clients a priority and I honestly don't know if I could have even gotten my place without her. She is definitely the best agent I have ever encountered.
