Diana was excellent in every aspect of our home purchase. Living 3 hrs from the home we purchased, communication with Diana was a must. She responded almost immediately to phone calls, messages, texts and emails. If she didn't have an answer, she made sure that she got one for us. it didn't matter the time or day, she was always there for us. She made sure that the selling agent & HOA new all of our concerns and she helped resolve every one to our satisfaction.
