Diana Fahmie is a local knowledgeable & very likable agent who pitched in immediately even prior to the listing when I was doing a FSBO. After listing 2 large signs were posted on our corner lot so passer by would note the larger size of our waterfront property (brilliant!). She then came in and staged the home including adding beautiful vases of flowers and plants inside & outside day of photography making a cozy, inviting, home sweet home. Boom! Our house sold to 2nd looker & closed quickly after. A wonderful smooth transaction.
