Diana was fantastic! She was very quick to respond and set up showings for us. She made sure to ask about what we like so she could help us find houses we might love. She made herself available to go to showings with us at the times we wanted. She spent some late nights working on contracts to help us put down an offer and make negotiations as quickly as possible. She's an excellent communicator, low key (not pushy), and very friendly. Our young kids immediately adopted her as their grandma-- we love "house grandma!" ;)
