Immediately from the first meeting it was clear DeeDee knew her stuff. Her pricing and fee structure was clearly laid out From that point on everything was covered. She kept me in the loop and communicated with me every step of the way. Anytime I had a question no matter how stupid I thought it was, she responded so quickly and professionally. Even when I had an issue with my initial buyer she piloted the changes and kept us moving forward. She even gave me recommendations for who to talk to in my new location. I would definitely use her again.

I cannot say enough good things about Dee Dee without sounding like a paid spokesperson. Dee Dee was the realtor for my son and daughter-in-law a few years back. They highly recommended her and made arrangements for us to meet. We were on a mission to find a house within a 2 week period in May. What a whirlwind! Dee Dee vetted the houses we found on Zillow and Realtor.com and she took us to see quite a few. Dee Dee explained what was good or what was bad and directed us to have inspections on the properties we had offers on. She also helped to let us know realistic repairs that may need to be done and what a good offer would be. We didn't find anything perfect in those two weeks, I had to leave the state to go back home but wasn't abandoned. A few days later, another 3 houses toured by my son and daughter-in-law (and sent to me with video tours), we found the perfect house. Dee Dee was there every step of the way. From taking us to see homes, explaining the paperwork, working with our mortgage broker - she made it easy and less stressful.
