I feel Diana's picture taking skills is really what sold our house so quickly. It was basically like taking a virtual tour of our house with the pictures and the text to go with them. She was very open to suggestions and we would definitely use her again.

Gave us plenty of time before any showings to prepair. Sent e-mails weekly to inform us interests on or about the property. Gave us feedback in a timely manner on comments and interests with the property after a showing. Showed a genuine interest in the property and wanting to learn about it.

She's thoughful and courteous. Her honesty, helping at any time and answering all questions fits the bill. She took excellent pictures of house and measurements of most rooms. She was extra kind to my mom who was selling her house. My mom is older and Diane explained things so mom could understand. We have told our friends and family about Diane, as she is an excellent house seller.

Diana was easy to work with and very helpful. It was our first time buying so we had a lot of questions that she answered for us. The house we ended up purchasing she showed it to us I think at least four times and sometimes it was short notice when we requested to see it.
