I recently sold my home using Diana Dahlberg. I've known her for years, and also bought a home thru her. She is a very knowledgeable Real estate Agent. She 'walks' you thru the process and answers any questions you have. She takes her time to 'get to know' her clients....and 'tailors' her approach according to their specific needs. I was going to 'loose my house' because I couldn't afford to do the work that needed to be done on it. I called Diana for advice on what to do. She worked with me, and also brought me the buyer! She goes 'above and beyond' her job....to help people. If you want to work with someone who takes their time with you, no matter what size/price house you want....then Diana is the one I would reccomend!
