Diana was the first agent I’d ever used for buying my first home and she made the process very easy. She was there every step of the way and was prompt to answer every question I had and would let me know exactly what to expect. Of course it was a no-brainer to use her again when I sold that house and bought another. Now I’m in the process of selling that one with her! Diana responded very quickly to my inquiry about using her services and we were able to meet a few days later. She met us at the home and she was very prepared with everything from a market analysis to all the ways she was going to market the listing. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge and was so willing to answer all our questions — and we had many. She even helped us decide how best to stage the home so the pictures she took would reflect the best features of the home. She worked through the weekend to have the listing ready at the beginning of the week and kept us informed of any interest and all the showings. After we received an offer she was so helpful walking us through the rest of the process all the way through the closing. Diana was always available and frequently connected with us by email or phone to answer our questions and to make sure we understood what she was doing and our role in completing the sale. She was very thorough and considerate and professional and always pleasant! We would highly recommend her services!
