I recently purchased my first home in Florida with Diana as my agent. Diana's knowledge of the current market was a huge asset, especially considering that my choices were limited due to low inventory and inflated pricing. I was able to make the best decision on this home with confidence, due to her advice & research on the comps in the neighborhood. I'm new to the area and Diana is a Palm Beach County native, which was super helpful in my home search & learning more about various areas in my search. She ended up finding me something right outside of my search area, in a town I had not considered, but I ended up getting more for my money with a townhouse near the beach, which totally exceeded my expectations!!
