Love these guys! They new we were under a tight schedule and needed to move out house fast. They accommodated us in every way possible to get as many showing as they could. When it came to the offers we were presented with 15 offers all above asking. We have been looking for a house since early 2020 with no luck. In the middle of the year, a good friend of us referred Diana Armstrong-Bruns to us. She said that she was just great! I need to acknowledge that she was completely correct. We are very busy working from home and homeschooling our kid. Adding a house search and going through an escrow process could be very painful. Not only did she make both process seamless, she guided us through with so much care and grace and ...well, let's just say I have no idea where the line of what a traditional realtor is supposed to do or not do stands (post sale) as she did absolutely EVERYTHING down to meeting plumber/contractors at our home when we could not, making special trips to pick up belongings , etc etc etc AND, perhaps most importantly, guiding our emotions (we were VERY attached to our last home) and expectations (which were high- and she kept them there) along the way. Oh, I should also mention she sold our afore mentioned last home in SIX days, full asking CASH offer- and made closing happen in ten days. There's also that. You cannot WILL not go wrong in partnering with Diana in selling or buying a home, you would ABSOLUTELY be losing out if you don't.

Steven and Diana were amazing, patient, respectful and never pushy. Though a very difficult time to buy and sell, we always felt they had our back and were working for us above all. Diana was very professional and just as nice as can be. She worked very hard to find the home I was looking for. Even when I gave up she still had faith.
