Hello Everyone - - Looking for a Realtor? Look no more. How truly fortunate to have met Diana Burns. The time had arrived to place our home on the market. Who to look for? Having received mailings of home sales in my area - Diana’s name along with her husband Steve was on a brochure. Placing a call - I requested to have a meeting setting day and time - 10:00am. Diana arrived exactly at the set time on the dot - how professional is that? Introducing herself - extremely professional matter - (talk about knowledge) she had prepared documents regarding her company - Engel & Volkers history - including her past listings (all sales.) Her presentation was warm and relaxing - I was never pressed to sign any documents - advised to take time to view all documents. Her demeanor was the sealing point - A true God send - Unbelievable - within a day our house was sold - so unique - our home never hit Multiple Listings. The time for inspection had arrived - Again a time was set - on the dot - Diana was present - and remained until the inspectors had completed their task. Closing was like butter - smooth and easy - questions had arrived on my end - again - phone calls were always returned with all my questions answered within minutes - NEVER - a day later. Would I use Diana again - in a heart beat - selling a home with Diana - If a rating is needed - ten is too small - 100% is too low Top of the top and more. From initial searches to move-in, Diana was there to help us. We moved to California from Ohio which meant more work for Diana helping us understand California housing laws. Also, since we were buying a townhouse in a Co-op she had to help us navigate all the different rules for that particular Co-op which were not easy to understand. Diana had all the best resources for this purchase such as a great home inspector, painters and insurance companies from which to choose. She was patient and available for all our questions. This was our tenth house purchase in five states over 43 years and she was our best realtor. We highly recommend Diana as a realtor.

I am so grateful for Diana, she showed up like an angel in my life and helped me have confidence as a first time buyer in the toughest market. She taught me, guided me and supported me as I looked for the “perfect” house for me and my children. She showed up continuously, showing me house-after-house, she guided me when I lost out to cash offers and was the biggest support and cheerleader when I finally had my offer accepted OVER a cash offer! I asked the sellers agent why they choose me and they said that it was because my agent wrote the offer with knowledge and they felt safe with her professionalism and honestly!
