Dez did an amazing job on all aspects of us selling our condo and helping us find our perfect forever home. She is patient, knowledgeable, has a good sense of humor and is extremely organized. I knew Ms. Kindle previously, but was unaware she was a real estate broker until I saw a post on facebook. I still have trouble grasping the fact that the house is sold. It was quick, and Ms. Kindle LITERALLY did all of the work. I live in a different state, so was unable to be present for most of the required actions/activities. Because of Ms. Kindle, that was not an issue at all. For days after the sale was completed, I waited for ...? It was hard for me to believe that everything was over, completed. Even though I had received the closing monies, I still was 'nervous,' thinking that something could be 'undone.' Ms. Kindle is thorough, professional, competent, prompt, and communicative. She is definitely the poster model for real estate in Kenosha (and should be for the whole of Kenosha and Racine!!). Now, if only Dezarrea Kindle could be in NC to help me purchase a property here!
