About Devron

Faith, Family and Community are the three passions that drive me, Devron Milner. I was given this unique name by my loving and artistic mother, Claire. I am a native Floridian and I say that with a lot of pride and honor. I've appreciated living in Florida everyday and I honestly can say that I never take it for granted. When I became a realtor in 1991, I was living in Palm Beach Gardens. I started my professional career with Prudential Real Estate and then worked with Keller Williams Realty for six years. I enjoy working with all types of buyers and sellers, from first time home buyers to investors. I have personally renovated 18 homes of my own. I then moved to Vero Beach in 2010 for my mother. Her health was declining and my children had moved out of the house to begin their careers. I was so blessed to be able to spend some quality time with my mother before she passed away. I m so thankful that I raised three wonderful sons Dustin, Jason and Chase. Two of them are practicing Real Estate. Jason, my middle son, lives in Jupiter, Florida and graduated from Florida State University. My youngest son, Chase, lives in California and he graduated from The University of Florida. My oldest son, Dustin, works for the family business in Orlando and attended Valencia College in Orlando. One of my passions outside of the Real Estate industry is volunteering for Hospice. I began volunteering for Hospice in Palm Beach Gardens and was a part of the organization for eight years before moving to Martin County and working with them for a year. I then assisted the Indian River County Hospice open the Hidden Treasure Shop in Sebastian. The experiences and servitude that I've developed in my life, help me to listen to my clients and focus on their needs. Together we help them reach their dreams.
