Devon and Emily do a great job. They took the time to get tonunderstand what I was looking for in my first home. I started off looking at used homes in one area, and by the time all was said and done, I ended up buying a new home home in a different area. Throughout these changes, Emily and Devin continued to provide knowledgeable advice and were great at helping to go between the builder and myself to make sure everything went smoothly.

I know his negotiation skills and the rapport he was able to build with the seller's agent were key to our offer being accepted. I feel 100% certain a less skilled agent would have not been able to secure acceptance and get us our forever home. I truly recommend them. Don't waste any time or energy on anyone else.
