Hi, I met Devon this year under some unfortunate circumstances and we needed to do a quick trust sale of a house in Gardena. Devon is a pleasure to work with. He was very attentive to our family and needs. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. I highly recommend Devon as he really knows the market and industry. Not trying to entice anyone though when you find a good honest person to work with it is just a huge relief especially surrounding a large home sale. There were some really sensitive issues around the sale of the family home and legalities surrounding it, he is very professional with our attorney and made what seemed like a really complicated thing into something we could understand. Devon was able to keep things moving quickly and surprisingly we were able to sell without even putting the house on the open market and receive top dollar!
