Absolutely wonderful I actually grew up with my realtor and she has always been a wonderful person. But more than that she went above and beyond to find me and my family our perfect place. She was kind, sweet, and very laid-back, which made the whole homebuying process feel comfortable and enjoyable. As buyers, we never felt pressured to purchase a home that we didn’t truly love. Devin was patient with us and was always willing to look at homes with us and really take the time to see what we thought. She was even willing to crawl under crawl spaces with us to look underneath homes, which really showed us how involved she was throughout the process. She was fantastic all the way around, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home, whether they are a first-time homebuyer or an experienced buyer. I can't say enough good things about Devin and how much she helped me through the process of selling my house. This ended up being a much more complicated sale than I expected, especially once the appraisal came back with a list of repairs that had to be completed. Devin went far beyond what I would ever expect from a realtor. She didn't just make phone calls and handle paperwork—she actually showed up and helped. She helped with painting, stayed late into the night, and she and her husband even helped cut and install the graspable handrails required for the porch. When I was dealing with a tight timeline and one unexpected issue after another, she was right there trying to get everything across the finish line. She was also consistently available whenever I had questions or concerns and helped me navigate the appraisal, repairs, buyer, and all the little problems that came up along the way. Selling a house is stressful enough under normal circumstances, and I was also preparing to move overseas at the same time. Having someone willing to put in this kind of effort made a huge difference. If you're looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about getting the job done and isn't afraid to go well beyond what you'd normally expect from an agent, I would absolutely recommend Devin.
